Suzanne is THE BEST. When we were preparing to list our home, she gave us the (small) laundry list of improvements to make to get the house ready almost a full year before we put the house up for sale; when we finally listed, she was great about making sure we were being honest about our home (we didn't think it was worth what it was--hopefully that made her job easier). She was on top of getting feedback from other realtors about the house and always sending us encouragement. When we sold, we had a VERY short window to find a new home and she spent several days with us zipping around, finding the right places to look. And finally, when it was time to negotiate on buying the new house, she made all the right calls about what kind of things we should be asking them to consider on price.

Seriously, she's goofy and fun and professional in one package; she made herself available at 9 pm because we work weird schedules; she is the best. I would send anyone I know her way.

It was a stroke of luck that brought us to meet Suzanne. We knew after speaking with Suzanne for half an hour that her personality and knowledge base was just right for us as "veteran" homeowners. We then spent quality time proving that original impression correct. We owned three homes previous to moving to Pennsylvania but this was to be our first Pennsylvania house purchase. Even though we felt confident we knew the area pretty well, it became clear that Suzanne’s help was absolutely essential. She truly knew the continuously changing market and kindly and gently brought us up to speed for what we needed to know for purchasing in the Philadelphia North / Bucks county market. Suzanne had the “patience of a saint” and we put her through each step of our own personal roller coaster. During that time, she never failed to respond to us promptly and was always willing to contact selling agents and traipse out to see “just one more house”. She counseled us well without being overbearing or condescending. She was always positive, even during and after an employment loss when our original home choice had to be abandoned.

It is likely other agents would have become frustrated by all of that but Suzanne remained patient, providing expert advice while steadily working through a number of complicated circumstances. Suzanne made bearable the entire home searches, offer placement, and closing. Her patience, tolerance and willingness to put others needs before her own truly speaks to her character. Should we decide to sell our current home someday, we want to use Suzanne. I doubt you can find a realtor who can better represent your interests.

Suzanne was wonderful! We did not know her when we went to her office to talk. However, after a short chat it became evident that she knew exactly what we were after. In fact, when we stepped into one house, she told us that we would love it....and we did! A short time later, it became our first house.

She was great with negotiating with the Seller's agent and being honest with us on what a good deal was. Her knowledge was great, as it was our first time looking at homes. She was great on stepping back and letting me and my husband talk things over between the two of us, yet would gladly answer any question or make suggestions when asked. Her communication is excellent and she always made time for us. She is very easy to work with and to talk too!

My wife and I had a great experience(s) with Suzanne. We live in Manhattan and wanted a weekend getaway spot. The list of "must haves" we gave Suzanne was a bit daunting and I can be a bit... fussy. Suzanne was relentless. She dug up new and interesting options for us in Buck's Co. to check out EVERY weekend for over a year. That's a lot of togetherness, but Suzanne is always upbeat and positive and such a warm and lovely person that we looked forward to every trip. Suzanne got us into a charming little farmhouse 3 years ago and we are as thrilled with it today as the day we moved in. She is more concerned with the buyers happiness than in "the sale". During our negotiating process, which got a little dicey, she was on our side at every turn and never once tried to pressure us to commit before we felt ready. We had two requests to pay above the original asking price.
